Vadim Bagatouria is a Managing Partner at Level A Capital and serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the company. He holds an MSc in Corporate Management from the World Maritime University in Malmo, Sweden. Additionally, Vadim has fulfilled the certification requirements of the Institute of Charted Shipbrokers in London, UK. He also has held licenses in Canadian and US (FINRA) investment management.

With over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, Vadim has held significant positions at leading global financial institutions across Europe, North America, and Switzerland. He began his career as a trader at Credit Lyonnais CIB from 1992 to 1997, followed by the role of Head of Treasury at Societe Generale CIB in Russia from 1997 to 1998. Vadim then served as a Portfolio Manager Director in proprietary trading at Societe Generale IB in Montreal, Canada, and New York, USA, from 1998 to 2010 . From 2010 to 2013, Vadim worked as a Senior Investment Advisor and Executive Director at JPMorgan in Geneva, Switzerland. Subsequently, he held the position of Executive Director and Relationship Manager/Investment Advisor to GFOs (Global Family Office) Clients Coverage Officer at UBS from 2013 to 2023 in Zurich, Switzerland, where he covered the largest institutional family offices within UBS GFO EMEA platform.

He possesses an extensive knowledge of global financial markets and a solid track record in managing client assets across major asset classes, including equities, fixed income, commodities, foreign exchange, derivatives, credit, and alternatives. Furthermore, Vadim has demonstrated strong capabilities in business origination and client development strategy throughout his career. With his extensive experience and expertise, Vadim significantly enhances Level A Capital’s capabilities in providing comprehensive investment solutions and strategic guidance to clients.
